It is with great joy that we begin 2008 offering you another opportunity to "Expand What You Belong To…"
As you may remember, in November 2007 we announced a vision for the next 30 years of the Foundation for Women's Resources. The first phase of the expansion of the Foundation was to make all graduates of Leadership Texas and Power Pipeline eligible to be Members of the Foundation. It is important that you, our graduates, be directly linked to the Foundation, its legacy, its vision and its future.
Membership in the Foundation is a very reasonable $100 per year.
Today, we are also especially thrilled to announce the launch of your new website, which will further align and strengthen the Foundation and the ongoing communications and connections to you. With this in mind, we are calling this new website the Foundation's Online Community for Alumnae Supporters & Friends and truly look forward to your enjoying this new 21st Century experience.
Being created with you in mind, it is user-friendly, interactive and will be constantly updated.
Two access levels have been created for this Online Community - Member and Non-Member. All alumnae will receive an email later today with a username and temporary password for this new Online Community.
To activate your Foundation Membership and the benefits associated with membership, visit www.fwrnetwork.org and login.
NOTE: Please read the information below, as it includes important details about how to fully experience your new Online Community.
2008 Foundation Members: If you paid your 2008 Foundation Membership dues, you will have immediate access to the Member-only pages of the website. Your membership is valid for the 2008 calendar year. You will need to change your password the first time you login.
2007 LTAA Members: If you were a member of the Leadership Texas Alumnae Association in 2007, your membership has been transferred to the Foundation. The username and temporary password you receive today will be valid through February 28, 2008. You will need to change your password the first time you login. You will need to 'renew' your membership on or before February 28, 2008 to continue to have access to the Member-only pages.
Other Program Graduates: All other program graduates will need to RENEW your membership at $100 to have access to the Member-only pages of the website. Use the username and temporary password you receive today to login to the site. You will be directed to the membership renewal page.
